Hi Gang,

I don't know if any of you remember me but I used to be on this forum for about five years and left about a year and a half ago because my diagnosis was changed from SPMS to Heredity Spastic Paraplegia (HSP).:eek: HSP is a rare deteriorating motor neuron disease and only about 20K diagnosed patients in the US. No treatment, no cure. With MS it is "if" this or that may happen. With HSP it is "when" will this or that happen. All they can do is make me comfortable and treat some of the symptoms.:(

I have since learned that we have many of the same mobility, weakness, cognitive, and psychological problems incommom. So I thought I would come back and ask if it is OK for me to rejoin your forum. I really miss my old friends and the love and support.:grouphug:

My wonderful business on the web ended up being a major third party leasing fraud. I think I've gotten everything taken care of from a legal standpoint and won't ever hear from them again. They tried to put me into collections for $3K more than I would have owed if the lease was paid out. Luckily, I only lost alot of time and only about $600.

Now I'm just dealing with this disease on a daily basis, not unlike the rest of the members hear. Wanted to get back and active on the forum. Yes, I'm reregistering on all of my old MS forum such as MSF and MSW.

Welcome back! It's good hearing from you again, but sorry you're dealing with HSP. If it isn't one lousy thing it's another. :(

Sorry about your "business" -- seems like those things that sound too good to be true, usually are. (My experience.)
