vitamins and herbs
 

Hi Im 55 years old and i take vit d 1000iu and a multi vit and a calcium 1200 mg with a vit d in it. I also take 6 MSM with Glouscime in it as well and a vit E 400IUsi I had a brain anurism that had burst on me on dec 2005.they say i didnt have to take anything but i had taken this before i had that anurism so i still take it and i feel wonderful.i do think that the vitmains do help a person in what ever they need to take.i would take a herb and a vitamin before i would take a perscription.i dont really think that perxcriptions help that much unless you are very very sick.well this is my thoughts on all of this.
