New life after id food sensitivities
Hello all, I spent the last ten years trying everything I could find to solve debilitating chronic fatigue, cognative slowing, mitochondrial dsyfunction, mania and depression. 12 days into a strict elimination diet, the chronic fatigue dramatically diminished. Now, a year later, my health has turned 180 degrees. I am off all meds except for asthma, and those are now "as needed". I am the healthiest I have ever been...sometimes I don't know who I am :D
I came across the forum looking for information on Ghee...oh for the taste of butter without the side effects... I LOVE not eating things! Looking forward to this as a source of "contains nothing" recipes. Sue |
Welcome to NeuroTalk Sue...so glad to read that you are much improved.
I have no clue where to direct you for "contains nothing" recipes. :D |

"contains nothing" recipes
Of course, it all is relative. I can eat peanuts, so my "contains nothing" recipe could contain those :oD.
Sometimes I feel like a magician when "converting" a recipe. My current obsession is to find recipes or processed foods that are already perfect, and need no fiddling. I can dream, no? Sue |
