I slept all day
 

I don't know what is wrong with me sleeping so much. I cannot seem to stay out of the bed sometimes. It seems that I am sleeping more and more, sometimes as much as 12 hours. I admit I'm depressed but there are things I need to get done during the day before it gets dark and I'm not getting them done.

I'm sorry I'm not any help. I have days I want to and do stay in bed too.

But its more because my asthma or body just can't handle the day.

So not sure how to help.

Hoping things start to get better.

I took my pills for bedtime already even though I've only been for 6 hours. Nothing interests me anymore. I just want to sleep so I don't have to think of all the jerks in my family and even the jerks in my neighborhood. It seems all I ever get for trying to get out in the world and make friends is get used and stopped all over.
