hi. im a new member obviously. i was wondering if anybody could help me understand my mri report. here it is. MRI LUMBAR SPINE WITHOUT CONTRAST. PROCEDURE: T1&T2 sagittal. PD&T2 axial sequences. FINDINGS: Alignment of the lumbar spine is normal. Overall marrow signal is within normal limits. Conus ends at L1. T11-12,T12-L1,L1-2,L2-3: There are mild circumferential bulging annuli. Spinal canal narrowing is mild with no focal disc herniations or significant stenoses demonstrated. L3-4: Circumferential bulging annulus with minimal right facet disease. Spinal canal and neuroforaminal narrowing are mild. L4-5: L4 is anterolisthesed, relative to L5, by 1mm. Disc desiccation with mild loss of disc space height. There is moderate, circumferential bulging annulus. Spinal canal and neuroforaminal narrowing are mild. L5-S1: Borderline left facet diesease, otherwise normal. The L5 pars interarticularis is not well seen. IMPRESSION: Degenerative disc disease at L4-5 with a moderate circumferential bulging annulus. Spinal canal narrowing is mild. No focal disc herniations or significant canal stenoses demonstrated. now im not exactly sure wat is wrong with my back. thats why im here to see if anybody know. if anybody knows please let me know. thank you
