I'm working, I'm watching football, I'm waiting to see a new healer, it's business as usual. Pay no mind to the man behind the curtain.

Keeping the stress low and not having too much anxiety seems to be the theme here in healing. Another one is not falling but sometimes unavoidable. I think the fall may be 2 steps forward and 3 back but there is still hope for recovery, it just takes longer! I will not be posting for awhile but all the best!
