Neurologist-specializing in PN?

How do I find a neuroligst that is a specialist in PN? I live in TN.

Try this link

for starters Elsie, http://www.neuropathy.org/site/PageServer.

Under resources there's a section for neurologists nationwide who specialize in PN - maybe it will help to get you started.

If you don't find what you're looking for it may be worthwhile to go to one of the recognized tertiary treatment centers or teaching hospitals, e.g. the Mayo clinics, Jack Russell Neuropathy Ctr in Chicago, Cornell Weill in NYC or Johns Hopkins - the neurology departments in these facilities are on the cutting edge of research, diagnosis and treatment of all types of neuropathies.

Thanks, Alkymst. The closest one on the TN list would be in Nashville.

HI.

Here's a link to a whole bunch of neuros and speciality clinics in Knoxville. I have no idea if you've done the research on any of these, but just in case you haven't go down one by one, call them up and ask if they specialize (not just if they are familiar with..), PN.

Here you go!!!

That's cool!!!

Here's hoping you find a good neuro, who knows about PN.

So far everyone I've called claims to "specialize" in PN.
