I really want to thank Shawn (the pizza guy) :pizza: & Corkybird for chatting with me last night. I didn't make it until midnight but I know that for the first time in years, I slept without taking a sleeping pill. :Zzzz: I'm not saying you were boring, I was just relaxed.

I have to say the chatroom is Very, VERY nice and I've been in quite a few. Lovely sounds.

Talking to someone if even just for a little while before bedtime DOES help your sleep. I don't know why but it really does. ;)
