Man its pouring rain here. Last night it started coming under the front door. Hubby got all huffy :p that he had to fix.

Just gonna stay in today and stay warm and dry.

we made it thru our wind/rain but supposed to be wet and chilly all week.
*Yawn* - between wind and rain hitting the roof and walls I didn't sleep to well...

A Long Morning~

We got some rain too, so its wet and chilly here also. Sorta a grey kinda of day! I worked this morning and just barely made it on time. Just got home, and haven't had lunch yet. You gal's start the forum anytime. I feel bad just talking about the weather all the time, but not much going on in my life. lol

Gaye, I wish we would hear you are better! I got something to talk to you about. It'll wait though.

Please all you cold folks stay warm and cozy. Jo. I hope your lights burn brightly and DON"T go out. Ours flicked the morning I went to the doc and ER, thank goodness didn't go off but a minute.

Billie if I can rest well today, I will try calling tonight and you can do all the talking, I will just listen. Sounds good to me, Sis.

Bizi don't go away. I'm worried about you?

Bizi you are scaring me, do you mean you aren't going to stay here with us or just that you are on a "vacation" from the dieting? You know I do get confused easy. Please keep your "busy self" here and cut up with us. NOT dieting, is after all, a whole lot more fun. :D

I haven't checked the scale lately but I do know my pants are fitting tighter:(- I refuse to buy a bigger size so...

I just don't like the word Diet though.
I'm calling mine an Eating Plan:D

I've been reading about rebounder's & mini trampolines - how it is very beneficial for our lymph system {it can get sluggish}, muscles, bones, cardiovascular system.
It sounds like rebounding multiplies the benefits many times over what you would get from just jogging or walking or even aerobics.

I just have to decide if the jumping might be a problem for my neck & back. Jumping around in swimming pools kind of jams my spine and makes me sore and achy - but that is after hrs of pool fun and with a solid pool floor, not a giving landing surface like a trampoline....
