looking for help

I am married to a paraplegic. John was injured in 1983 in a motorcycle accident breaking back at the t-6 we are looking for any new news on help especially in stem cell research. He is very independent, remodeling an old mobile home with only the use of his arms, he is actually building a garage. grades his own road with a 4 wheeler and a road grader! very independent and never giving up. i am joining for any information, lots of things were impossible at one time.
