Monday Mornin
Meant to leave off the g from morning...here in the South we say mornin a lot! Hee, hee.
Maintaining my weight. Not really a loss, yet NO gain. I am pleased. :) |
Mornin Gaye! I woke up to more snow and they are saying it will do this all day. I just went and covered my head. I am so ready for summer weather. Think I need to move. I know my body don't like this either.:rolleyes:

It's snowing here too Billie. We are leaving this weekend for Arizona..wish I could take you along. I know the sun is shinning there! :grouphug: |
Oh I have been there Alffe and I am sure the sun is shining. One of the best places I have ever been was Sedona and Grand Canyon, Az. I would love to go with you! Here is a pic from there.

I am trying to eat more healthy...good about 2/3rds of the time.
or rather some of the time would be more like it. My mantra now is eat less and move more. So this is my new years resolution. bizi |
