Hi Cazzie,
I've been keeping track of my sz. for many yrs. I was told to get a calendar and write down what time the sz. happened along with what type of sz. I had. Make it a point also to write down if you are sick, under a lot of stress, around bright lights or if the weather is bad when you have a sz. I also write down when I start and stop my monthly period. By doing all of this your neuro/epi will be able to possibly see a pattern in your sz. as to what days of the month or what time of the day/night you are more likely to have any sz. I made up my own little key for my sz.

A- aura sz. B-absence sz. cp- complex partial sz. m-myoclonic sz.

I just write down the letter(s) and what time the sz. happened and if I feel something caused the sz. I will write down that I've been sick with a cold, flu etc.
Here's wishing you well and May God Bless You!

Sue
