The Gluten File -- Wiki?
 

I was thinking a Wiki, like en.wikipedia.org, might be excellent for collection Gluten related things, including recipes.

What do you all think?

I think it'll be easier to search, copy the data around, and anyone can edit it and add things, though we'll have to police it. I'll start lookign around for options.

Seems like there are wiki hosts out there.

Apparently there's already a Gluten Free Recipe Wiki out there

In fact, looks like wikibooks might be what we're looking for.

I found a Wiki site once on celiac disease and tried to add out a link to the Braintalk Forum... but it never worked.
