Hi-trying to figure this out! Newbie

Hi Everyone-

I have had Reflex sympathetic dystraphy for about 9 years.
Because it began with a fall at work I probably have not recieved the
medical care to I have really needed.

Anyway, I am excited about being in this forum.
It hurts to type so I hope I can do it as often as I would like.
The threads I have read so far have been very helpful!

I AM NOT a painintheneck I JUST HAVE pain in my neck-

Hi Debbie and Welcome to NT. Neck pain stinks, plain and simple. I have had neck trouble for yrs, as well have others here. I don't know much about your condition, but massages do seem to help me.
