I would build the greatest MS facility with cafe's for visiting, pools for swimming, physical therapy rooms, infusion centers, doctor's offices, MRI facilities, pharmacy, a member of the social security administration, medicare, medicaid, insurance company, eye doctor, dentist, a hotel, an adult day care for MS patients whose caregivers have to work and an airplane to fly anyone who needed it to get there, a one stop wonder!!!!!!
