Hi, I'm a new member

Hi,

I'm just looking for advice on meds, programs, seminars anything that will help improve my ADD life. I've been on adderall, ritalin. Now I'm just taking supplements and trying to be as productive as possible. Would appreciate any ideas or advice.

Thanks!:D

hello Mandy

my son has ADD along with TS etc, and has always found Omega3 fatty acid( he used flaxseed and borage oil combination supp) as well as the herbal product gingko biloba, very helpful.

he also finds that eating food additives like MSG, aspartame, 'flavorings' colorings, etc) seem to bring on brain fog for him, along with increasing his TS & OCD symptoms too. His attention, focus and concentration have improved tremendously since he went on the nutritional healthcare method.

my son also had cognitive behavioral therapy to help with his OCD, and I feel many of the self-help skills he was able to glean from that have also seemed to improve the problems related to his ADD (which also has his central auditory processing dysfunction working with it)

He still has ADD. but we have just noticed much improvement in all areas affected by it since embarking on these treatments for him 7 years ago.

Which supplements are you taking?

all the best
Cheri
