HOT! HOT! HOT! Did I say it was HOT?

I don't know what's going on with me but it is 34' outside and I'm sweating. I have sweatpants and a short sleeved T-shirt on. I actually stand outside on my side porch to smoke and feel perfectly fine. The rest of the day inside I can feel the sweat run down my back and neck. Driving me nuts!

I can't tolerate heat outside at all and have to wear a cooling vest when it gets over 70'. Go figure?

Is it just me? Could I be going through male manapause????

Craig!
Craigcraigcraig!

My girlfriend has MS as well and her internal thermostat is completely broken.
I don't care for being hot, but she could live in an igloo... with nothing on... but a smile.

Hope you get relief soon, partner.

Can I join the hot crowd?? :icon_redface: I have the same problem it could be 20 below!

I have the opposite problem I'm always cold.

They should come up with a way to combine the two problems and then everyone would be just perfectly warm.

OMG I live in beautful New Hampshire and we get snow by the foot! its can be zero outside, and I am running around in short pants! people think I am nuts when I show up in a sweater and they are all bundled up.

My MS MD says my thermostat is busted. As long as I am warm to the touch, he says go for the lighter clothes. Getting hot makes me feel bad. I would rather look strange in my shorts and feel good then be fully dressed and feel crappy.

My honey is always freezing...even in the summer when the air conditioner is running he will want me to turn it off...

Add me to your "wierd" list, jmiller, because I'm the same way. Really hard to get dressed for the day! Go figure . . . :o

I can sympathize. Never ask me if it is too hot or too cold, I can no longer tell. I swear, my internal thermostat is broken.
