Nauseated....and meds

Maybe I ate something bad today...I feel nauseated and am not sure what to do about my meds.
I have been taking tums and mylanta trying to see if that will quiet my stomach....which is hurting.
I can't believe that this situation has never come up for me before...I never get an upset stomach....
blah blah blah....

I am so sorry you are feeling rotten. I wonder if tea might make you feel better. I would take the pills and if you throw up you throw up. I would wait til tomorrow to take them again.
I wonder if it is something you ate? There is a flu going around here but i think it is more a coughing flu.
Feel better and keep warm.
Love
Bobby

Thank you bobby,
I took my meds and also some advil and 1mg of klonipin which I never take anymore but remembered someone telling me to take that for bad cramping...
I also drank some lemon in hot chamimille tea....so who knows what has helped..I am feeling no nausea now but still bad stomach ache....heading to bed....going to try a heating pad, my back is hurting as well as my pelvic area, too soon for that time of the month.
thanks for listening to me.

Dear Bizi,
Yuck.
Sorry about this.
The only med I worried about missing because of nausea is the benzo (2.5 Klonopin) I take.
Most meds you can take a half day later and be ok on.

I hope that the pain abates and that you are getting to sleep now.
You'll feel better in the morning.

 hi sweets. i'm sorry i wasn't online last night. i didn't realize i hadn't logged off when lil'monkey took over the computer.

try and stay on your meds if you can. if you think you are going to throw them up...then wait. keeping your chemicals balanced is usually the best thing. or take them as close to on time as you can.

you know me...gonna ask the questions...is your urine clear?

symptoms of a bladder(urinary track) or kidney infection are pretty much the same as the cramping before your period.

any fever?

i hope you got a good nights sleep.

I came and went quickly (12 hours or so) who knows what is was, doesn't lsound long enough for a flu virus....I think it was something I ate at lunch, had a bowl of gumbo that tasted like chicken enchilada soup...even had jalepenos on it...for a gumbo!!!!!! not!
any way I am glad that I am so much better today...pretty much back to normal.

:)Glad you are feeling better!

I was thinking it might be that 24 hour stomach bug going around, that I had a week or so ago.

I have this same pain tonight after eating at a local chinese restaurant. But I am wondering if this is gall bladder pain, same location right jsut below rib cage on right side....aching and cramping no nausea this time...crap this jsut happen 2 weeks ago.:(
Maybe it is my gall bladder acting up...great! jsut what I need.
what is the treatment, food restrictions meds for this if any or do they just take out the gall bladder?
I don't know anything about this.
anyone here have any experience/knowledge of gall bladders?
thanks bizi
