Greyhound, If You Are Out There

Greyhound,

I specifically put pictures, on my myspace account, under my albums, of my hand, during what i deem to be my "flares." Heather has already shared her thoughts and conclusions, but, I am curious to hear what you think. Do they, to you, look like RSD? I definately want unabashed honesty one way or another; as it is important to me in this stage of the game. The pictures are under my albums, I think you will find them quite easy to pick out from there.
Thank you for taking the time if you have a chance. I greatly appreciate it and value your opinion.

:)

Thanx for thinking so highly of my opinion sweetie. Your hands look a lot like mine!

My fiingers tend to get cooler when I use them, they get so cold they burn and they swell. Above and below the knuckles fill up with what appears to be blood. The skin is very shiny, like it's coated with baby oil or something.

I'm sorry to see you like that...

I broke down last night and asked Brian why I had to get something like this, something that is so uncommon that it couldnt have been fixed earlier...he didn't have an answer either. Why couldn't it have been something common? Last night I think I was generally sick of faking I was okay I guess...every once in a while I need to release. Better home than work I guess!!!

Thanx for letting me into your personal world, it's very nice to make new friends such as you and Heather. I kinda feel like I've known you both my whole life...besides, I guess we have quite a bit in common including this awful, rare disease. Unfortunately!

I hope you're well today, sorry I havent been on much today. Pretty busy with the kids and what not. Sundays are usually our make up days together...I try to make up for the fact that Mommy is a workaholic to them on Sundays! My fingers probably needed the break as well...although they got swollen just by holding a fork. (Good thing that margarita was there!)

I did miss talking with the both of you...

GreyHound..

Sorry to hear about your break down. Sometimes we just have to get it all out. Are you feeling better today?

I had a 9 night last night. The arthritis in my hands is so bad that when I hold Skyler for a period of time the muscles cramp and tighten. So, when I go to switch arms or lay her in her crib I almost drop her. It's devastating! Bryan isn't sleeping, I am not sleeping, and Sky isn't sleeping...This newborn stuff is harder than I thought and we are "LEAVING LAS VEGAS" on Wed., 4 Good!:(:(:(:(:(:(:(:(:(

Hope you are having a better day today...How are you feeling? Is the weather super freezing or what?

Brrrrrrrrrrrrrr............

:hug:I'm so sorry you were at a 9. Ugh!

Honestly, I wouldn't expect you to be anything lower though, your feet and hands look mighty painful. :(

You'll probably feel better in the warmer weather, wouldn't you think? I certainly hope so...

I'm really excited for you to move to Cali, you'll get more help, get more rest and hopefully won't be freezing cold constantly...I think it's a great choice.

Newborns are not easy if you don't have RSD I can't even imagine having one with it!!!!!! You're so brave though...you have so much courage, I don't know many who have the guts you do...honestly.

I feel like everything is going to be alright. Honestly, I think once you move to California you'll have better days.

Plus, you can see that RSD Specialist who will no doubt want to help you.

And just picture yourself playing out in the sun with Skyler every day! I can see it...I'm weird like that! :Crazy 2:

I received my Rhuematologists report in the mail today, it was actually kind of funny how he insisted I didn't have Lyme and how all other possibilities have been exhausted and that he's referring me to another Pain Center. (In stead of there...)

The only thing I didn't like was the fact he referred to me as Obese....3 times!!!!!!! Now...I can say I'm not skinny, but he made me feel like Moby ****!!! I'd prefer it if he called me "Vuluptuous"! I guess that wouldn't be medically appropriate, but it would certainly be better for my self esteem. Now I want pizza, since I'm obese anyways...what the heck!
And I'm thinking that hot cheese will warm up my fingers! GOSH DARNIT!

Even after my release with LoveMuffin the other night, I thought I needed an uplift, so I dyed my hair and the girls and I did our nails. It helped alittle...I needed that 'Pick Me Up'!

My fingers had some rest yesterday and today, and I've been trying to relax the rest of me as well...so far I'm about a 4 or 5 which comes and goes depending on what I'm doing! Thanx for asking Sweetie!

Today my little one, Chloe, stayed home from school sick so I stayed home to take care of her. She started feeling better actually mid day...and she did the sweetest thing and I must share it with you. I was in the bathroom, she called for me. I opened the bathroom door and she had set the table and had two bowls with Spaghetti O's, two champagne glasses with milk and ice, napkins spoons...it was so sweet! I said "Chloe, you made lunch for us?" She said "It's my turn to take care of you!"

Okay, pass around the tissues everyone! That was just so sweet...now I'm at work and I want to go home to kiss her poor little congested nose!

Yes, It's mighty cold here...
