Thanks, I am ready for tomorrow. This is the 3rd time I have been there, so he better show up, since there are no more excuses left for him.

The first, no legal representation, the second lawyer called court last minute said they didn't have time to prepare.

So, this should be it. The STATE vs my husband. I know he won't want it to go to trial too many witness's.

I am glad I do have my input with the prosecutor, that they have to take into consideration, plus I have a great court advocate. I have all my documentation, medical, etc. Just need to jot down a few things so I don't forget.
