I have an awful headache.

I get headaches a lot, some times even migraines but pain meds usually help.
I toke 2 generic for Darvocet (total of 200mg propoxyphene and 1,300mg acetaminophen) and it didn't do anything. This doesn't feel like a migraine to me. It's mostly the top of my head and forehead that hurts.

We toke the kids to the zoo today and than out to lunch, I didn't get hot and I drank Gatorade. It wasn't noisy and I walked slowly. We were only gone 3 hours total. And I'm not feeling stressed.

Oh I hate headaches. :(

sometimes laying down with an ice pad on the back of your neck helps. a cool shower may help as well. if all else fails a half hour nap with some advil does miracles.

I know you have had quite the ER ride and are a frequent flyer there, but if you are vomiting, or cant take the pain, you may end up there. Try to get a handle on it now, before it becomes ER bad.

If it starts feeling like the Worst Headache You've Ever Had, go to the ER. When they get that bad, it's better to get it checked out, even if it turns out to be "just" a headache.

OW! Hurt! hurt! hurt!!

For three days now I have had the most painful spasms like headache on the right side of my head and near my eye. :(

I used to have little headaches in the same area but lasted less than a minute. This has been almost constant pain and I am calling the Dr. tomorrow to see if he can see me or his nurse to call in a script.

I have tried Tylenol and Advil (not at the same time of course) and even tried inhaling peppermint oil which the oil helped for a while.:o

Any other ideas are sure welcome. I have no stress in my life being retired and no kids so peaceful and quiet. No reason for a headache I can think of.

The left side doesn't hurt and it is the same age as the right side.:p
