OT or Not OT - Tell Us About Your Weekend.

I don't know why I started this thread, because my weekend was more like a weakend..:D . I didn't do much.

Friday night, I played on my PC until way late and slept 'till 2PM on Sat. My doggy was not happy..haha, but he got over it.

Sunday is my favorite day, because my Daughter and Grands come to play with me.:) They are my delights and wind me up to face the coming week, and whatever it may bring.

My nine month old Gson walked a few steps for me, my 21month old Gson is going to Gym classes and did several summersalts for me. My 7 & 5 yr old Gdaughters, delighted me with their chatter about school, friends and fun things they've been doing.

OK, I know that some of you had to have more eventful and fun weekends, than mine....so tell me what you did and let me live vicariously through you.:D :p

Hugs,

I had the LAZIEST weekend EVER!

I did absolutely nothing except 4 loads of laundry and grocery shopping. I didn't even cook a meal (take-aways), and hardly even got on the computer.

After my wonderful vacation that ended a couple of weeks ago, I needed a vacation. :p

9 months and walking already, Sally? LOOK OUT!!!!!!!

We had contractors here finishing up some work to get the therapy pool usable. so...I started using it Saturday night. Mom and Dad drove in from Upstate NY Sunday afternoon. David went sailing with a friend and the friend ended up in the drink and Dave had to fish him out (he was holding the motor to his boat when he went in).

Weather-wise, it was one of those simply glorious New England Fall colorful weekends...however, I can't seem to get or keep my tail in gear. Just want to sleep (unusual for me). Blame it on the wonderfully cool low humidity weather.... I'm getting ready to hibernate.

I may have been in an opiate stupor for all I accomplished.
:D

Sheesh, we are in sad shape. It sounds like I had the most exciting weekend.:D :p :D

Or maybe Cherie's Hubby's Friend had the most fun.

I am basically a recluse by choice and I actually like my quiet life. I was always the go go go girl and I've done it all. Raised a Family and Husband and now, don't bother me with problems. Don't need em, don't want em.

Some of you youngsters must be doing something more exciting than us old fogies. Party, beach, movies, bars?

Hi Sally,

On Friday, I went with my sister to an awards lunch given by her hospital. She has worked there for 25 years. It was nice, listening to all of those long speeches.... The dessert was really good.

Saturday, I studied and took my final exam, I'm in online college. Passed the test, then went for a walk, went to church with my husband, then out to dinner for Mexican. I had a spinach dish... and a margarita.

Sunday, I did housework, paid bills, exercised a little bit more, laundry, cooked dinner, etc....

I think your weekend sounds like a lot more fun than mine was. Your grandkids sound cute. :)

Spent the weekend planning our new ADA compliant bathroom. Visiting mother in law in rehab with broken hip. She's 85 and not doing well post fracture. Was sent back to the hospital today. Things are looking rather poor for her recovery. Betty
