- Have an “I can do” attitude.
- Be flexible.
- It’s OK to cry, no matter what your age or gender.
- It’s OK to show emotions.
- It’s OK to laugh when you feel like it.
- It’s OK to have feelings different from others.
- It’s OK to admit having mixed emotions.
- It’s OK to have a down day, we all have them.
