Intro myself, live in IL, on disability, a grandmother of 10, dx 2004 of fibromyalgia, chronic fatigue and osteoporosis. I was very active raising my children, started my own secretarial service in the 80's and doing well. Then 1999 an auto accident with me and dh and everything went downhill from there. My grandchildren missed me, my husband didn't understand me and I was angry as HELL! Go figure, fibro doesn't care who or what you are it hits and it hits very hard.

God bless you all and I pray your tomorrows are filled w/
gentle {{fibro hugs}} and soft kisses!

Welcome!

I've copied this post to our Chronic Fatigue and Fibromyalgia Forum in hopes that more might see your poll. :)

Don't hesitate to respond in both places as you feel comfortable.

Again welcome!

Welcome to NT. I hope your poll gets some responses.

You might want to check out the medications forum for some posts about Lyrica there too.

since so many people have more than likely tried it, but might not have seen your poll. i've said it before, but it is so true, fibro...we all have to, sometimes, keep trying different things until we can find out what works for us.

good luck!!

My thought on Lyrica!
It helped me a lot at first, but than by one month we had to up the dose. Than had to up it again, well at 6 months I was at the max and it wasn't helping much at all and I had gained 60 pounds. It toke me 6 months to get off of lyrica. It was hard and I had bad with-draws. It than toke me over a year to loss the weight. :(
