Bring on Spring!
I went out yesterday - it was almost 30. Heat wave! :D
And raked off one little flower bed. Guess what? The crocus are coming up! :Dancing-Chilli: Two weeks or less till they bloom. Thought that would cheer you up - it sure cheered me up! :) |
We are anxious for Spring too!
Even though we don't get the snow and cold temps it is still too cool for us AZ wimps!! We like it HOT!!! :D:D We traded blizzards for lizards! :p I remember when we lived in the Midwest and the crocus would bloom even in the snow but it was a positive sign that Spring would be here soon!! :) To Winter weary folks seeing the crocus blooming is a beautiful sight!! |
Yes, bring it on.:D spring lifts my spirits that get heavy in a long winter.

Although its been the usual rainy 40's here in Seattle - there are signs of spring - my daffodils are popping up and my wild irises (which are in a pot) are in bloom!
