Just a quick check in for the weekend.
We are going to a surprise birthday party today...should be fun! Hoping that today provides some relief for those who are suffering. bizi:) |

Today is day 16 of this diet and I am eating tonight whether it's in the book or not! Tomorrow begins Phase 2. :cool: |
Today I have been good but that steak dinner I will be making is going to blow it!! Bizi enjoy your party and Alffe enjoy your birds!

Day 8 and still on my plan...yet feeling very weak in the will power department. Don bought regular crackers for his soup today...nothing fancy, yet I love them. Got to stay strong and RESIST temptation! Froggie:)

YOu will have eaten by now...so am hoping you will post an update/report about how it turned out. YOu are a great cook so I know it will be great! what temperatures do you have there? Is it warming up a bit and I really wonder about what your weather will be like,,,,,:D bizi |
