Hiya,

Glad to be part of the community...well...actually ... not really. I don't really like discussing my illness very much. I'd rather just stick my head in the sand about it. Too much stigma ... But I guess being a stick-in-the mud is not fun. So, maybe I'll just observe for a while.

well somettimes - you may not discuss what you have on your plate, yet you are actually helping many by voicing outloud in typing ;)
what you may not realize -many have similiar life travailities
and you are helping them:
for example -
I read along time ago in a book on the subject of depression:]
10 ways to lift depression:
(1.) do something for somebody else..............
(2.) Repeat number 1. nine times...
