There needs to be some sort of move to get the drugs off the streets and to those who need them.

It is simple insanity to deny the only drug that can end any pain to those who are dying while the streets are flooded with it. It's inhumane to deny pain relieving drugs that are less dangerous to those in pain because they are abused on the street.
