back and leg pain
Does anyone know what degenerative sclerosis in the pars interarticularis is and how you get it:confused:
|
http://www.freesmileys.org/smileys/greet013.gifHELLO and WELCOME!!!!
I can't say that I've heard of degenerative sclerosis in the pars interarticularis I had to break it down by definition.... degenerative(adj.)Of, relating to, causing, or characterized by degeneration: a degenerative disease. sclerosis(n.)A thickening or hardening of a body part, as of an artery, especially from excessive formation of fibrous interstitial tissue pars interarticularis: The region between the superior and inferior articulating facets of a vertebra; frequently the site of fracture in spondylolysis. I know that probably doesn't answer your question.... but maybe it helps you to understand a bit better... You may try posting your question on the Spinal Disorders Forum: http://neurotalk.psychcentral.com/forum22.html Please feel free to roam around... Join in anywhere.... Hope to see you around the boards... http://www.freesmileys.org/smileys/greet015.gifAbbie |

Hi Rfei57 and Welcome to NeuroTalk. Sorry about your leg and back pain. I can relate and know how miserable it can make you feel. Abbie has done her homework and given some great definitions for the rest of us *meaning I was too lazy to look it up, thanks AB!*
Please make yourself at home and check out the Spinal forum. I, myself, have found some helpful info there. Welcome again! http://dl8.glitter-graphics.net/pub/...jtpif35jly.gif |
