MRI Findings Need Help
 

OK here goes first of all I need all the help I can get. Injured almost 3 years. 3 epidural steroid injections 1 nerve root injection PT no help and Disco gram
5 medications very little releif Pain lots of pain possible surgery in near future
I need better understand of last MRI
AT the 4-5 innerspace loction despite preservation of disc space height there is some desiccation and mild asymmetrical lateral right sided bulging of the intervabal disc This coupled with prominent facets does appear to encroach slightly into the exiting right neural foramen.

#2 At the 3-4 interspace location a similar process is present but to a lesser degree as compared to the 4-5 level . Slight asymmetrical broad based bulging of the intervetebral disc is seen directly to the right lateral aspect. Slightly prominent facets are noted at this interspace location as well. No other significant findings are appreciatecd.
