i did mine when the site first came online. the one dr is dr oz that is on oprah all the time. :wink:

This is a cool site.
I've taken the quiz a few times. I come out older because I need to loose weight and exercise.

The test also tells you what you are doing right -- not just what you need to change. So just taking the test can encourage someone to keep trying.

this is where I learned that not flossing your teeth could actually take years off your life.
It is encouraging too.
I have plugged in healthy habits to see how much a difference it makes and it is amazing...little things add up.:)
