Good moring ladies~ Hows everybody on this fine rainy day? I got my feeding done and thats about it. I have lost another 2 pounds. I don't eat much tho and exercise a lot. The treadmill is doing the job for me. Want to get that done soon before I get tired from something else.

Hope you all have a blessed day! Stay strong.:grouphug:

Billie - 2 pounds lost - good for you! Now I know where the 2 pounds I gained came from! LOL
Doing well (not over) eating so far today, just need to exercise still. Yesterday I over ate but did exercise.

good for you ladies with the exercising!!!!!
I have been thinking about a tread mill, but don't know where I would put it.
my guest bed room is cramped with things already.
ate kashi cereal high fiber and hi protein go lean this morning with a cup of milk and a cup of coffee the sugarfree international coffee mixed in. Very good and I am full.
I asked hubby to not get me chocolate for easter last night...last year he bought me 7 different kinds of bunnies last. I liked the cadbury one best. But still have butter finger bars left over from christmas and almond rocca as well, can't throw those out cause he likes them.

Attachment 2477 bizi!! way to go!! so do you think he will buy you flowers for your yard? or a pot of tulips? :D hint hint..incase my hubby reads this....:p

home equipment can take up a lot of room. the tony little gazzelle works great and stores away easy. but once you put it away. out of site..out of mind. :o

had my fiber one yoplait yogurt and my coffee. plus my water. i'm parched today. didn't do as good as i could have yesterday. still fighting off the after effects of a migraine. i will do better today!!

i have been keeping a very detailed food diary. major help. not just writing down what i eat...but really looking at the nutritional values. it's not worth eating if it doesn't do your body good. :D

Woawh!! *can't spell it but you're making me nervous dear lady. Are you gettig a prenep? Having a long engagement? Considering living together for a while? I'm happy that you are happy but I'd very seriously put the brakes on. Only because I care and don't want to see you get hurt.

Alffe 03-04-2008 12:38 PM

Ok, back to food! Breakfast was 2 pieces of turkey bacon and2 poached eggs and v8 juice.

Lunch was turkey slices rolled up in lettuce leaves and three celery stalks stuffed with low fat laughing cow cheese.

Mr.Alffe has discovered that he really likes the sugar free fudgesyckles that come in my s.free popcycles box....good on him. *grin That's his dessert after eating pizza, or having popcorn....did I mention that he isn't dieting. :p

Alffe, I don't know about prenup yet. My investments are all tied up anyway. Even I can't get in them and I have a WILL. We haven't talked about thoses things yet. He has a business in the UK that did belong to his Father and he is head of it, for he has no brothers to carry it on. His mom is 85 yrs old and can't do it. We will not be living together unmarried! I am a Christian and have set my foot down on that, period. He does want me to be Mother to his daugther. Mom is taking care of her now. He says she is very good girl. She also makes a salary from his electronic business.

I don't know when we will be gettting married just yet. Can't make plans at this time. His family already know about me and approve. Thanks for the advise tho. Does any of you know if I can get a pention from him, He is not old enough to retire yet? I know I will lose the one I am getting now from my past hubby. I got something to think about. I do have a IRA created since hubby died feeding me too.

best advice i ever got from my pastor...

longggggggg courtship...short engagement.

his meaning: get to know each other extremely well. spend lots of time together. good times and bad times. when you set the date...get married. the stress of wedding plans causes lots of arguments.

hubby and i took that advice. (ok...hush alffe...   ) we were together dating and working...and no ...not living together...for a year and a half. it was 3 weeks after he asked me to marry him we got married.

just don't rush billie. you have time.
plus we have so many questions. hehehehe..give us time to ask. like...would you live in your state?
