Falling

There was a segment on the news tonght about how often older people fall, and how serious a fall can be. For instance, if a hip is broken the fall can lead to death in less than a year.

As I watched and listened I wanted to tell people about how much feeling I regained in my feet after I had significant B12 replacement therapy.

There was a time when I didn't walk anywhere except in groceries and Wal*Mart because I could hold on to a cart there.

In terms of B12 replacement, I had daily shots for a long time, based on a prescription from a wholistic M.D.

Then I switched to Methylcobalamin when I no longer had a doctor to get a prescription, and the methylcobalamin works just as well. But, for it to work that well, well enough to bring back feeling in ones feet, I have to take about the same amount as I was having when I had a shot a day, which is about 5 of the 5mg lozenges a day.

Worth it.

For sure.

Just mentioning.

Falling

Falling was on the news an evening or two ago. The news reported that old people fall a lot. The news had numbers. Big numbers.

The news also said that when an older person falls and breaks a hip, it often leads to death.

So. I want to mention that low B12 causes reduced feeling and impaired feeling and can lead to falling.

When my B12 was very low I couldn't walk without some sort of support, so since I didn't want to use a walker, I only walked in grocery stores or Wal*Mart where I could hold on to a cart.

My feet regained nearly all their feeling after I had a LOT of b12 replacement. a LOT.

So, if you know someone who is older and has some diabetic neuropathy... please tell them ... (I don't know what to write next)... please tell them to get Methylcobalamin, because that's the form of B12 that is capable of regenerating nerves.
