I am a grieving MOTHER.... I lost my 40 year old only son,(only child), to a fire in his loft Apt. in Cleve. Ohio. I miss him more than words can convey. He died with his 3 dogs. He was my whole world so smart, so funny, and very very creative. Musical genius. Any prayers or words of comfort will be greatly appreciated. Sandi

Sandi, I pray that God's arms be placed around you during this most difficult of times. I can't begin to imagine the emptiness you must feel deep within you. In reading what you have shared with us about your son...let me ask...was he with the Cleveland Orchestra by chance? Reason I ask is because I live just 20 miles from Cleveland.
May it bring some comfort to know that many of us here are praying for you, and although it brings tears to our eyes during times of grief...it DOES help the healing when we talk about our losses.

I am so very sad to read of your loss. There really are no words other than that I pray for that deep ache to be less painful and for God to comfort you as only He can.

I have an only child adult son too, and he's the light of my life. My heart breaks for you, and I can only begin to imagine the pain you feel. I'm so sorry for your loss. Sending you prayers of comfort. :hug:
