Amen...I do believe that saying......and this week HE has proved it to me

My grandma and I started attending quilting classes this week on Thursday.
So my treat to her was to take her the newest eating establishment in our lil town.

"THE TEA ROOM" a very very girlie lil victorian place. It was beautiful and food was awesome.
The tea room is in the back of a little craft mall....also new to the town about 6 months ago.

I had visited the craft mall when it opened to see about renting a booth to sell my gift baskets. Well they were 10 x 10 booths for $50 a month....to steep for me and I couldn't have kept that much space filled. So I decided not to do it. I had spent the last week going through my craft room and boxing everything gift basket oriented and had called my Aunt who lives in the "rich" part of town to set a date for a yard sale to get rid of my supplies and already made up baskets.

However I now know God had other plans for me and my lil baskets.
The owner of the craft mall remembered me. When I walked in She said " OH Thank God, I have been wishing I could get ahold of you......I have a deal for you!" I was kinda freaked out because as I had said it had been about 6 months since I had been in there. Well she wants me to display my baskets in the front of the building. I was stund.....she offered me a wall space that is 10 ft long with shelves. for $20 a month.......(sell 1 basket and rent is covered)

She then started about wanting to paint the walls in the front and decorate them....I said well do ya want me to help ya paint? I dont mind doing it................she grabbed me and hugged me.....she said she always ends up wearing more paint then the wall when she paints.....she also said she would pay me to do it as well............shoot how could I turn that down.

So I was hanging out trying to figure how I was going to decorate my space......when, who comes up to me? The owner of the "TEA ROOM" who just happens to be the Mall owners mother. She asked me if I would be interested in a job?
She needs some one to run her kitchen and offered me the job.....
$100 cash a week for 12.5 hours..........not to shabby to me......
Her husband is a minister and these people are wonderful. Its a clean, nice , new place that attracts very sweet people. I am looking so fwd to this....

I told them about my MS......they didnt even know what it was.....I think that has its advantages.....lol..lol....
I am going to love the surroundings....and the people, and the job.........

Just when I was about to get rid of the basket stuff and was feeling kinda poopie about not bringing in income and not having a craft I love to do anymore...............then lo and behold........
I FELT THE WARM BREEZE AND SAW THE BEAUTIFUL SUNSHINE OF THE OPEN WINDOW!!!!!!!!

Our GOD is an awesome GOD!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!:wink::D

I am going today to start painting.....
Tim is working every other saturday now (for the vacation fund lol)
So I am so looking fwd to having something to do that isnt going to wear me out to the point where I wont want to do anything with him on the weekends.

I am afraid if I worked a 40 hour week job all I would wanna do on weekends is sleep.....that cant happen.....

God knows our hearts, he sees to our needs, and guides us when we get a lil bull headed and try to do things our on way.......

sometimes bread crumbs get gobbled up by lil birdies and makes the trail hard to find....but he will always find another way to grab our attention if we just watch for the signs..........

Yup that got my attention....lol....

Kay I am soooo happy for you. And look back, the computer broke so all week you didn't have anything to do so you decide to start cleaning the craft room and everything fell into place after that! Maybe you know now where that virus came from? ;)

I am proud of ya - now don't go and wear yourself out to much each day! Glad to hear some happiness in that voice of yours!!!

Yeah ya know what Char....your right.....it didnt just start on the day of the quilting class....there was a whole string of events leading to this......things to free up my mind, my heart and my time and to get my body back up to par..........
it all seems so clear now..........I am still just totally amazed at his power and his plan......
