Drug Contraindications on Web - w/o passwords

I take a lot of pills. From Morphine to vitamins. 32 a day.

When I add one, I like to check the contraindications myself.

I just looked around the web and found myself on Medscape. I had typed in about a dozen names when it found a contraindication. I clicked on it and the %^$%^%#$* website asked for a password.

I have trouble understanding why the $^%*#& website did not ask for a password up front. I will make every effort to avoid that website in the future, but am still looking for a website that does not play "Gotcha".

Any of you found a reliable site that does not let you waste five minutes of typing? Any suggestions appreciated.

EDIT: I looked at the one on this website, it would take a long, long time to scroll through those lists. It would be nice to find one I could at least type the words in. I can even copy all twenty things I am taking and paste them if I were real lucky.

The drug interaction checker at Drugs.com works really easy...no password needed. Just have to agree with there usage terms... no biggie.

Noooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooo

I went to the website and it was great. THEN it even said I could save my entries. YES. Perfect. Wrong...I needed to register.

I tried to register, but it said dllfo had already been used and my email address was wrong. That told me I had registered on that site with my last computer. But I lost the hard drive.

Long story short, I tried to go back to the 23-25 drugs I had typed in and it was all gone.

I did explain what had happened in an email to the moderator -- asking for a temporary password and explaining my email address had changed. Hopefully we can do it that way and I will type all of them in again -- BUT I will be able to save them. THAT will be exactly what I want/need.

Thanks for the link to such a neat site. The morphine I am on has pretty much destroyed my internal search engine. Very frustrating. AND losing that hard drive hurt because I was out of town when it went bad. No chance to back stuff up from the trip we were on.

Thanks again, that site is just what I want.....
