Good Morning Group,
Well I have pleasent news. I weighed in this morning one more pound less. Praise the Lord. Gaye, I am now under our first weight goal by one pound. Now to set a new goal. I'll have to think about that! I am so happy to of made it this far. Alffe, get you some scales, keep them in the same place and try to weigh about the same time everyday, so you will know if you have lost or not. I have digital and I think they are 2 pounds lighter than my Dr.s scales. Last month all he said was, "Well you are still 5 pounds over 1 yr. ago. I go back to see him in another week. I wonder how he will say next. I know I am obsessed with this, but it has been so long for any weight to come off.

Yes but is it Thursday?! *grin I never thought about setting a goal to lose..but then I don't know what I weighed when I started this....I always go by how my clothes feel. I really should get a scale and keep it undercover...away from the bathroom humidity. (see curious, I do listen. :D)

Alffe, Did I mention the word Wed? I never saw it, but then I am about as rattled as they get. Trying to get my work done before going to the beautian this morning. My scales haven't been a problem, but I am the only one in this bathroom and I do use the other one some. Its good to have you in so early Alffe. I don't think the others get up very early.:)

i'm always up early. not just at the computer early very often. :D

been eating healthy. not too much on the exercise part. haven't been to the gym. :o

i still haven't gotten a scale either alffe. my daughter has been bugging me about that. :rolleyes:

Hi all

No clue how much I weigh now. But I can't stay out of the chocolate.

But then I am supposed to eat some chocolate too. So what is
a girl supposed to do. HEehee

anyway, I had oatmeal for breakfast. and water.

My meds.

And then a cheeseburger and diet coke for lunch.

And some snacks. Not anything for supper.

Now chocolates. I had a late lunch because I was helping a friend
go to the doctor and watching the kids.

Oh I was bad tonight....crab cakes!
they were so good! I had 3 small ones....will have to figure up the calories some how.....and a small brucetta and a spinach puff.
large glass of chardoney....it was a networking social....did not do that bad actually...could have been much worse!:eek: I was there 2 hours!
I am sure it was many calories and am hungry for a "meal"...need to go make me a salad for supper.
It was fun getting out, stretch my brain a bit, get outside the box.

Oh, I keep forgetting I got on the treadmill at pt yesterday.

I was really pleased, its the third time I've been on it.

Really makes me feel like a person when I can do that.
