Good Morning All! :grouphug:

waves back at Bizi. *grin...the more I read, the less I know...ie...dressings labeled "light" can be lower in either fat or calories or both. fat-free dressings are plentiful, but not nearly as tasty as "light" varieties. And they don't provide the fat that helps absorb fat-soluble nutrients, like vitamins A & E, and phytonutrients, like carotenoids, typically found in salad ingredients like dark leafy greens, carrots, nut and the oil itself. Snooooore

It's snowing like crazy here....you got rain Billie???

I have a box of crabb cakes in my freezer...wonder what it'd do to my S.Beach diet?

Flat butt indeed...I should live so long. LOL

Curious 03-21-2008 11:42 AM

pouring salad dressing on the salad....well..makes it really hard to know how much you used.

measure it out...and dip. takes some bites without. you will end up using less by dipping.

i like ranch. high fat. so i have switched to olive oil, a squirt of lemon and cracked pepper. toss in some extra herbs if i'm in the mood. i do measure this out. mix it up and toss my salad. very fresh and light tasting.

:p nice and sunny here. that can change in the blink of an eye.

oh...alffe...don't get a scale. if the wind is right...one should be landing in your yard soon. dang thing...

Alffe 03-21-2008 11:44 AM

It lied curious! Don't you believe it!
