Any recommendations on meds?

I have PTSD due to military related reasons, and I have been on Paxil (maximum dose), Zoloft, and Celexa. I hit a really hard low recently and am still struggling to bring myself up. Anybody know of a medication that has really worked?

Hi, Armymedic.

Sometimes it's just trial and error to find the right medication or combination of medications.

I hope you find something that helps

Wellbutrin works well for me.

vitamin D 1000 units once a day!

Hey there, Not sure about all these things that we are all going through.
I have rsd, fibro, ms. this all started almost three years ago. I take so
man medications... some for pain, some for depession, and not sure about
some of them. I heard recently about someone that began taking higher
doses of vit. D. I decided to ask my Dr. about it. He said he didn't see how
it would hurt me, so encouraged me to try the 1000 units a day to see if
I could tell any difference. I went that same day and got them, and started
taking one tablet a day. After one week, my pain level started dropping. That
was a month ago... today I'm at a 4 dropping down from an 8+. Each day
I feel more like doing things that I had been afraid of even trying because of
the terrible pain, or just so afraid it would keep getting worse. The only thing
different that I have done is start 1000 units of vitamin D once a day.
Don't know if this will be of any help, but this is working for me.
I wish the best to all and have pain free days
ladojo
