This one is new to me and I hope someone can help,it started off in my hands awhile back but only occasionally,now its most of the time.My hands (jerk) I cant think of a better way to describe it,if i'm (was) holding a cup it seems to jerk out of my hand,and when i'm trying to type my fingers go there own way,a bit like someone with cerebral palsy.Now its started in my legs and i'm scared sh!tless does it ring any bells, please tell me its something that will pass as if I didn,t have enough on my plate already.:Thanx:..Liz M.from.Oz.

Hi Liz,

I am NOT a doctor but....to me it sounds that what you are describing Myoclonic Spasms. I have these several times a day due to RSD.

Many different reasons cause these.

Thank You Abbie for answering, do these happen with PN.as thats what Drs and Neuro,s are saying I have.A lot of my symptoms are like PN.but there is a lot that dont,I dont think I have PN.never have but there is a lot of things out there with similar symptoms.Today I have noticed my head also nods but these jerks are here permanently sorry but i'm going to have to leave it here as the jerks have gotten worse...Liz.:hug:
