These emotional discharge techniques really helped me. I don't see why more people don't talk about this stuff (maybe cause the scientist wilhelm reich that thought of all this stuff was regarded as a whackjob cause he made sex boxes, or orgone energy machines), I guess cause no one has muscular tension or blockages in their body. and it's all in their head right? well I think that's wrong-cause emotions are locked in our bodies/ body maps, and muscle memory as most times they are. So in addition to talking, these techniques may help people. Maybe people are afraid of feeling happy or insecure in their happiness(maybe that's why we have this new thing called bipolar/ and bipolar rates are skyrocketing in America.) And why we have so many unfit people in America. do they even have bipolar elsewhere? I mean it seems America is one of the most violent industrialized countries in the world to live in. and has the highest murder rate in the world. it seems many in America are uncomfortable smiling and being happy. Hey maybe I'm wrong and this is all conjecture and sorry I went off on a tangent, but at least someone is talking about it.

also if anyone knows anything more about some emotional discharge techniques or any good sites about them or forums let me know.


and for people reading this link and think it's too complicated. don't be distracted by the rx type language and the complicated looking chart, it's simple-4 me neways, maybe I'm overthinking this, if it's not get some education. but please please please if you even understand the link keep this secret----shhhhh don't tell anyone!!!
