Trigger Point Injections

Well I've decided that I'm going to try the trigger point injections. I'm terrified but if it might help I guess it's worth a try. :frown:

I have them every 3/4 weeks. Maybe 10/15 injections, they can give you a spray on numbing solution if you need it, I don't use it because, it takes so much time and I don't like the risk of breathing it in. If you live with chronic pain every day, then the pain of the needles is nothing to worry about.

Hopefully they will last longer than a week.

Having them done is no big deal.....as already said.....a little needle is nothing for us CP'ers. I usually feel sore afterwards though. Icepacks for me ! Good luck.....I hope it works for you !
