Driving

Does anyone have any suggestions for driving comfort? When I drive my symptoms flare up really bad and I end up in a lot of pain by the time I get where I'm going, and sometimes I have to drive for several hours. What positions could I try to make my drive more comfortable?

I drive w/ my legs 80% of the time. Probably not recommended for everyone, but it helps me. I lower the steering wheel and use my left knee to steer and I put my hands in my lap. I saw a news special on a lady who was born w/o arms and she drives a similar way. She was on the news because she was discriminated against when she went through the drive through window at a fast food restaurant and went to grab the food with her feet.
