My Question Is If Anyone Knows What It Means When A Pedicle Screw Is Beyond Ventral Cortex And What Is Anterior Spurring. Going Next Friday To Find Out But Would Love To Have Heads Up On Nuerologist.thank You God Bless

Anterior spurring? Spurring is in reference to bone spurs, also known as osteophytes. Anterior means front. But I don't know the total context it appeared in your report.
