husband just had spinal fusion
 
would like to speak to someone who had this ,,he had a fusion and stenosis is now in rehad hospital for a few more days ..

Do you mean where they attach the disks within the spine to each other so they stay where they are so the scoliosis don't get worse? This is what happened to my sister's son. He is only 16.

hehad a fusion with the screws and they made newdisc ...
 
he also had stenosis which isnt the same thing as scoliosis ....where did your nephew have surgery and how is he doing? my husband was coming along great until they transferred him to this rehab with physical therapy 3 times a day .....he is in worse pain today then he has been so far ,,he said they are over working him ..and i said maybe thisis just part of the recovery one woman di dtell me the after pain is like all your muscles are so sore and thats the feeling he has today ....he is now afraid he did something to the fusion from all the physical therapy ..i am trying to speak to someone who had this surgery ..you can email me also ..thank you
