Blood Patch Question - Help
Blood Patch was yesterday - I layed low just like I was told - this afternoon I bent over to tie my show and I felt a pop in my back in the area of the patch.
Is there any chance that could of come open again?? I am so scared of that now.... once it is healed is it healed? gosh I don't want to go through this again..... |
I don't know what that pop could be but......
What are you doing bending over to tie your shoe anyways:mad: You are suppose to be laying low:confused::eek::) |
Yes, you can break the seal...lay down...call the doc...ASAP...and let us know what you find out!!!!
Hugs little one...you sure have had your share.... |
i don't know for sure char but cheryl sounds right.
i know you're scared but you have to call the dr. you probably have by now so let us know you you are when you can. |
Sorry to hear you had to get the patch....please do stay down! REST! Let your body heal....I hope you are okay!!
|
What's going on, Char? How are you feeling now?
Will you please take it easy? I am worrying about you doing too much. |
I'm not sure you would feel a "pop" if the blood patch came loose. My guess would be that a pop like that would be from tight lower back muscles. So, here's to hoping that is all it is.
You seriously should really be resting. A blood patch after an LP is no walk in the park. I had to have that done and I really hurt. |
You should call the doc and see if it could be related. Especially with your ears bothering you. Let us know what they say.
I am sending you healing thoughts your way. You have been through way too much lately!!!! |
Char, how are you. Did you find out what the pop was?
|
I just chatted with her and she is home resting. She talked to the doc and was told it could take her a week to recuperate from all the trauma she's been through in the last week....
So our little lambchop is resting...no more tying shoe laces!!!! |
