Hi all....Newbie here

Prior to having my aneurysm stented and coiled.......I read all posts here. Had
a 6 mm opthalmic annie treated on April 8, 2008. Was scared but got through
it..so far . Biggest problem was waiting for treatment. So
much stress worrying about it. Do have a concern though
Currently losing my hair ...hopefully this won't last. :)

Hello Sky, and welcome to NeuroTalk.

I have to assume by your post that you found our forum about aneurysms, and I hope you felt comforted at what you read. Any eneurysm repair is scary, let alone when it's in your head. I do hope you're doing well since the operation.

The hair loss could be due to anxiety related to the surgery that you mentioned, or it could be medication related. If it's worrying you, mention it to your doctor.

Have a look around the board. It's good to have to with us
