Me Time
 

I am going to take some me time this weekend.:p

I'm leaving tomorrow morning and heading North about 3 1/2 hours to visit my oldest and dearest friend.

We've been friends since both of us were in diapers and have always been there for each other. We try to get together as much as we can.

Anyway, we are going to gamble a little bit (she only lives 5 miles from the casino):cool:, Play tons of board games, and most likely have a few cocktails:eek: We even put little umbrellas in our drinks. It's hard to drink my Corona with those silly things though:D

We love to play music and sing at the top of our lungs just because we can:o

It will be a wonderful stress free weekend and I'm looking forward to it.

I'm coming back on Monday so I have a few days just to hang out and be silly with my best bud.

I have a friend just like that Beth, and she's the one I mentioned in a different thread yesterday. We've been bestest friends for 43 years now, and I look forward to doing much the same with her in the very near future.

I, too, have a friend of 60 years and hardly ever see her...why? Because she only lives 6 blocks from me..LOL,
