Supplement regime
I have just started a self-made regime of vitamin, mineral and herb supplements, but I have no idea what I'm doing right and what I'm doing wrong.
I know that so far, I've taken B complex which I don't need because I'm experiencing bright green urine and a prickly sensation on my skin (symptoms of excess vitamin B). I have been on it just a couple of days and have taken so far inositol, B complex+B12, B6, dolomite (calcium and magnesium), St. John's wort and Gingko biloba (for minor ADD-type traits). It's cost about £35 for the current supply O_o and some money was obviously wasted on the B complex :( But anyway, I've heard from a number of sources that BonnieTech 'ts-PLUS control' has been successful and I would like to give it a go. Has anyone had any experience with BonnieTech products? Also, do you know how much the cost and if the ship to the UK? Any advice on anything to do with this is greatly appreciated. Thanks :) |
I made a YouTube video log of my first day of supplements but I can't post a link until I have 10 posts but if you go to YouTube and search for 'tourette supplements tictionary', my video should be the only one that comes up :)

hi Greyhound
I just bumped up an old thread of mine documenting the supps and other natural treatments that helped my son http://neurotalk.psychcentral.com/thread1145.html my son has to be mega careful with B supplements and cant take much niacin or a B complex tho he does ok with Bs in his multivit/mineral shake Many have had good relief with Bonnie's vits but some react to them with more tics etc and it is thought by some that the high Bs may be the cause. I based my son's plan on Bonnie's original one (before she developed the Bontech range) and it worked so well that we never tried bontech. but many have and are very pleased with it |
