With gas prices nearing $4 per gallon, are there any cheerful drivers left on the road?

Well, if there are, chances are they're driving a green car.
People who own emerald green automobiles, it turns out, have the most positive attitude about the course of their own lives.
Dark blue and silver are other colors chosen by upbeat people.
Red supposedly connotes an aggressive, high-speed personality, while yellow, theoretically, is for folks with sunny dispositions.
But survey data show that people who drive red or yellow cars have below-average confidence. And black cars, supposedly a sign of power and elegance, are driven by the most downbeat drivers of all......

I drive a red honda insight....(with feet on it!) :)
Oh... But I was manic when I bought it...does that count?

My metalic light blue car doesn't even rate a mention.

Maybe I should go by the bright yellow one we recently sold?

funny....

There used to be a survey according to BRAND also in the past.

i.e. personalities-- who drives a VW bug, etc?

We both have Toyota Siennas ... My husband's is green (but I picked that color for him) and mine of course is red. LOL Not candy red, but Salsa red. DUH?
My old Ford van was CANDY red! LOL

My husband likes silver and metallic light blues, but I almost had a fatal crash driving his light blue old van... a person in a turnaround didn't see me coming at 45 mph, and pulled out in front of me suddenly. Luckily the lane next to me was empty and I swerved into it, while skidding. We ended up touching bumpers, and her passenger screaming and waving her arms.

So when we bought our next cars, we discussed VISIBILITY... hence I am red all the time now! Police watch red cars mercilessly too! But I am lucky, I have no tickets! LOL

My first car was a green VW, then a maroon T-bird, then followed by a White Mustang and a White Cavalier, then a Gold Ford Focus, then a Black Neon, now a Silver Neon.

Have to go back and read what they all mean, maybe I can see how my life has gone or my brain with these cars.

Hugs, Nikko:hug:
